He holds academic qualifications in Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, and an MBA, and brings a structured, practical approach to leadership, supporting the company’s focus on professionalism, efficiency, and consistent service quality in the marine tourism sector.

Ibrahim Shanoon Ameen brings over 20 years of hospitality and marine operations experience to Scuba Butler, with a background spanning luxury resorts, liveaboards, and guesthouses across the Maldives. His expertise in front office, recreation, water sports, and logistics ensures all assets, vessels, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. A PADI Divemaster Trainee with a passion for the ocean, Shanoon ensures operational readiness and supports seamless daily dive operations.

Commercial Director

Munnu leads the commercial operations at Scuba Butler, overseeing sales, marketing, partnerships, and the overall guest journey. With over a decade of leadership experience across hospitality, higher education, and business operations, he brings a strong blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and people-focused service. His expertise in brand positioning, pricing strategy, product development, and stakeholder management plays a key role in strengthening Scuba Butler’s reputation as a professional and guest-oriented dive operator in Fuvahmulah, Maldives.

Hassan Aali

Dive Operations Manager

Hassan Aali is a Maldivian hospitality and dive professional with over 10 years of experience in the Maldives tourism industry. Having worked extensively in front office and boutique operations at resorts, he developed a strong understanding of guest service and international hospitality standards before transitioning into diving and water sports. Today, he manages diving operations at Scuba Butler in Fuvahmulah, combining his passion for the ocean with his hospitality background to deliver safe, seamless, and memorable diving experiences.
