Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 or more days before your stay will receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if available.
- No Refund/Transfer: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Additional Notes:
- Hotel Closure: Refunds for the hotel portion will only be issued if the hotel is closed during your stay.
- Diving:
- Unused dives are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Dive refunds will only be given if the trip is canceled due to safety, weather, or mechanical issues.
- Morning dives cannot be refunded or transferred and must be used during the package dates.
- Morning dives can be exchanged for afternoon dives on the same day, subject to availability.
- It is the diver's responsibility to meet all standard diving requirements.
